Boxercise

Boxercise classes are both fun and fantastic at delivering a well rounded workout. This class structure is interval based and incorporates boxing techniques and various punches. We cover:

  • Punches

  • Pad-focussed work

  • Kicks

  • Circuit training

  • Shadow-boxing

  • Squats

  • Block techniques

  • Sit-ups & Press-ups

    Boxercise is great for hand-eye coordination; burning calories, building and toning muscles, cardio-vascular health. It is also fun.

I just got back from my first Boxercise class with Ruth and loved it! There were different options for different abilities, so you can work at your own pace which is great. Ruth is very thorough, and makes sure you are safely performing the exercises with correct technique, which was really helpful for me as I’ve never done anything like this before. Can’t wait to go back!!

Boxercise is fast paced, energetic and most importantly for me it’s fun! Ruth makes sure to vary the class each week and is great at motivating. Its a very friendly group :)
